Canberra Lutheran Churches, including Holy Cross

mmanuel Woden and Good Shepherd Tuggeranong have been provided financial support by the
NSW-ACT District of the LCANZ to purchase electronic signage for the three Churches. The Canberra Churches
have a unique opportunity that by and large they all reside on main intersections that provide a great opportunity
to communicate with the broader public. For Holy Cross we expect that we will now be more recognisable to the residents
of our neighbouring vertical villages.
The District Church Council recognised this opportunity and provided a grant of up to $45,000 (50% of the installation
costs) to support the purchase and installation of the electronic signage at the three Churches. The DCC further
approved that the remainder of the cost could be drawn by a loan from the Mission Development Fund on various
terms.
